Cancellation, No Show, & Late Fee

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. A cancellation less than 24 hours in advanced or not showing up for your appointment may subject you to an out of pocket fee of $100. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment then the session will need to be rescheduled and you may be responsible for the $100 fee.

Inclement Weather Policy

In general, we follow the Wake County Public School System inclement weather policies for closing our office. Your clinician will notify you directly of an closings via your Client Portal.

Insurance

While we submit claims on your behalf, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to verify eligibility, benefits, and reimbursement policies specific to your health insurance plan. If your insurance claim is denied, you will be responsible for paying the full amount or any portion not covered by your insurance. It is important to understand your coverage, and we are happy to assist you to ensure you're fully informed.

Virtual Office

We operate as a virtually-run office, which means most communication and documentation are handled through our secure portal. While virtual communication may not always be fully secure, we take every precaution to protect your information by utilizing a HIPAA-compliant portal and encrypted email. Your privacy and security are important to us.
