Erica Dahms, MSW, LCSW, LCAS, ADHD-CCSP

Currently offering in person and virtual therapy sessions for adults in NC seeking a straight forward approach to therapy.

I’m a dedicated therapist with a flair for shoes, a penchant for colorful language, and an unyielding passion for empowering others.

If you’re looking for a blank slate, who just nods and smiles while you go over the same things on repeat, I’m probably not the right fit for you. I show up as my full, authentic self because I believe that’s the only way you’ll feel safe enough to do the same.

Each session will start with whatever’s showing up for you that day. Sometimes that leads us to digging into tough questions, unpacking past experiences, or sitting with the stuff that doesn’t have easy answers. Ultimately, my goal for you is to leave each session with something —an “a-ha!" moment, a new skill, a lighter heart, or a new way of looking at things.

So, if you're ready to let go of what's holding you back, speak your truth, and take meaningful steps toward self-discovery, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
