Erica Dahms, MSW, LCSW, LCAS, ADHD-CCSP
Currently offering in person and virtual therapy sessions for adults in NC seeking a straight forward approach to therapy.
Therapy with me is active, honest, and grounded in real life. I’m not here to just listen politely or keep things surface-level. I ask questions, notice patterns, and help you connect the dots between what you know and what actually changes things.
Our work is guided by what you need in the moment. Some sessions are about untangling the past, others are about navigating what’s right in front of you, and sometimes we slow down and sit with what doesn’t have an easy answer yet. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s momentum, clarity, and relief.
You don’t need to prepare, perform, or explain yourself “the right way.” There’s no script, no checklist, and no expectation that you have it all figured out. Just show up as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
If you’re ready for therapy that’s thoughtful, collaborative, and designed to actually move you forward, I’d be honored to be part of that process.
