Mindfulness

Feeling a little chaotic and like you cant get traction? Life feel like its happening to you, not with you? Did you know that you have built in tools to help with that? Lets get you grounded!

Sometimes the simple stuff actually helps. I use mindfulness to help you stay present and focused in the moment, minimize the noise, and reduce distractions in order to help you focus on what really matters and what is really happening without judging it or getting lost in it.

For example, if you’re feeling anxious, practicing mindfulness by focusing on your breath can create a sense of calm and give you a break from racing thoughts.

Mindfulness can also be used for things like stress, depression, or even dealing with past trauma. It helps by teaching people to observe their feelings and thoughts, instead of getting lost in them.

Overall, the goal is to help you build a toolkit to manage life’s challenges with more ease, self-compassion, and a sense of control. It’s all about learning to be kind to yourself and noticing things as they are, without getting swept away.
